Beaumont Residential Receives Estate Agent of the Year Accolade

Beaumont Residential, the area's only fully integrated estate agency and conveyancing practice, is the region's only agency to receive an accolade in the prestigious Estate Agency of the Year awards, held on Friday 30th November 2007 at a glittering event in London.

Presented and hosted by TV and radio personality Mariella Frostrup, the awards saw five-office Beaumont Residential being gifted the bronze award in the Best Medium Sized Estate Agency category, for agencies with between five and twenty branches.

According to the judge's report, Beaumont Residential is commended as having, 'high market share in the Wakefield district where it operates and its unique offering makes it stand out from other agents. Its own in-house conveyancing operation, which enjoys 95% take-up by vendors and 65% take-up by buyers, means that the conveyancing and estate agency teams work unusually closely together to get transactions through. In addition, all valuers are trained as Domestic Energy Assessors, and Beaumont Residential is able to offer its own entirely in-house produced HIPs for just £299 up-front, ensuring that all sellers are committed from the outset.'
